Renovated home located in the historical El Cid neighborhood of West Palm Beach. Ideal for families, friends and business travelers with its convenient location being less than 2 miles from most main points of interest in West Palm Beach and half block away from a pedestrian walking path along the Intracoastal. Beach is 2 miles away. Located within WPB's low cost shuttle service, Circuit, ridecircuit. com/palmbeach.
The space
The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom has everything you need during your stay in West Palm Beach. The home features an open floor plan kitchen, dining, and living room area. The living area has a large flat screen tv over the decorative fireplace. The dining area has a large table with chairs for six. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook up whatever you may be craving. There is also a bonus private screened in porch off the living/dining area with outdoor dining. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tv and ensuite bathroom with a shower tub combo. The second bedroom has a king bed with a desk and the 3rd bedroom has 2 extra long twin beds. All rooms have closets and dressers. We have high speed wifi and usb chargers at every bedside.
Near by sites to see
WPB has a lot to offer during your stay with us. Take our complimentary bikes down the Palm Beach 5.5 mile bike trail, stroll the shops and vias on Worth Avenue, visit the Norton and Flagler Museums, have a drink at the Ben, check out the Breakers Hotel, go out on Clematis Street, eat at too many great restaurants to name but Grato is only a block away, have a craft beer at Civil Society, see a play at the Kravis Center, visit Peanut Island and enjoy one of the many beaches. This property is in a perfect location in West Palm Beach. You're in the city - close to restaurants, bars, coffee shops, Flamingo Park, The Breakers, and the intercoastal waterway! Feels like you're in the suburbs until you walk 1 block in any direction. I'll definitely stay here again if I travel to West Palm again.

The stay in West Palm Bech was wonderful! The house meet our needs. The beds provided a great nights sleep. The house stayed cool even on a 95 degree day. The house is located in the perfect spot so close to downtown shopping and nightlife,a quick walk to Palm Beach.We even enjoyed the screen in porch because the ceiling fan provided a nice breeze. Just what we needed

Excellent location close to airport, restaurants and walking trails. Beach is a short car ride. Plenty of parking as well and accessible for mom with mobility issues. Home was clean and had everything we needed. Sleeping is very quiet and comfy.

Girls trip

The house was in a great location to Palm Beach and downtown Clematis. There’s a wonderful bakery/breakfast spot just a few minutes away (walking). The beds were comfortable and it was very clean.

Perfect Family Wedding Week

Our family was in PB for a wedding and this house was perfect for us. The location was great, less than a block from the intercoastal in a great neighbor and an easy drive, bike or walk into PB. The house was very clean, simply and attractively decorated and the beds were very comfortable. We loved that the house came with not only two parking spaces but a bunch of bicycles which we used often so no one was ever stranded. We would definitely return!!

Beautiful home in quaint neighborhood

My daughter and I stayed here while she recovered from a foot surgery. The house is beautifully decorated and all the comforts have been considered. The beds are oh so comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet so got some great sleep! It’s very close to the waterfront to walk or ride bikes near. Will definitely return to this spot next time in WPB.

We were in town for only a few days to move our son into his dorm at PBA. This house was only a few blocks from campus. Appreciated the bikes…the kids rode them to the beach. Super comfortable beds! Host was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Great location and a wonderful home

This was the second time we have rented this property and we will rent it again. We love the location as it’s convenient to both downtown WPB and Palm Beach it’s self. It’s also less than 10 minutes to the airport. The house is very comfortable and easy to live in as we stayed there for 12days. Can’t wait to visit again!

We were really happy with this rental. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable. The bikes were a lot of fun. The kitchen was well stocked. The washer/dryer were super helpful. The location was great. We enjoyed walking to Jo’s for Açaí bowls, or out to the path along the water.

Family Wedding Weekend

We had a family wedding in Palm Beach and didn’t want to stay in a hotel for 3 days. We wanted extra space and a kitchen for breakfast. The house was very clean and had everything you could want. The owners were easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property!
