Put all used sheets and pillow cases in the laundry basket of the room you and your party stayed in. Leave pillows and quilts on beds. Load dishwasher and turn on. We will unload. Trash goes outside.
$80.00 Pet Fee is per pet. Limit 1 pet. Renters of pets are required to pick up pet feces from the yard, or an additional cleaning fee of 100.00 will be added. Pets are NOT to be left unattended.
Ensure all lights, Air conditioners, base board heaters, or any other electrical items are shut off
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

The rate is based on a four person occupancy. Any additional people over four will be an additional $30 per person per night
It is illegal to smoke marijuana in Pennsylvania even with medical card. Smoking of tobacco or marijuana in house will incur a $500.00 cleaning fee
Long Term Cleaning Fee of $120 will be applied for guests who stay over five days. A $150.00 fee for guests staying over 14 days.

We arrived too early--before check in time-- to a smiling and gracious host who was finishing up the cleaning from after the last group. He could not have been more welcoming. The place was immaculate, very spacious, near the trail, everything we needed. The train sounds in the night were a challenge. Ear plugs help. Everything else was perfect. We found some local music and food truck organized by Bloom Brewery in the evening. Breakfast options were scarce since Gary's Chuck Wagon was closed.

The property was very nice, west newton is a small town and the Vrbo was right off the Main Street, which had restaurants and shops. The host was great, and was available for any questions I had.
