"The communication with the owner was great. We did have some issues checking in not getting the floor or room number or the wifi password. The room was a bit worrying cracks in the sink the toilet not in the right space, the bed not being larger people friendly and it was hard finding basic essentials like the toaster. The room was spacious and the air con was very chilly. It was walkable distance to central and very close to queen vic. It was very easy to find groceries at the woolies around...

"Location is good, near to China Town. Allocation of room needs attention. We booked a room for three and the staff arranged only one bed. The house keeping staff need to be more attentive to put appropriate personal hygiene items. During our 3 nights' stay, we experienced 2 fire alarms which had caused a lot of inconvenience. "
