I had a great experience here. Hotel staff were friendly. The room was beautiful and had everything I could need. The bed was comfortable and even had soft and firm pillows to make sure you are comfortable. I will definitely be booking here again.

Check in was smooth and easy. Staff was very friendly. Even one lady helped me with the pancake machine during breakfast without me even asking. Rooms were nice and clean. Location is very good being close to Target and other stores

room was very clean. staff friendly and accommodating. the hotel clearly does everything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible from the spotless bathroom to the cookies at the front desk. my stay was very enjoyable and would highly recommend.

Unfortunately our room wasn’t the cleanest. We had ants. Ants on the furniture. Ants in the bathroom. Even ants in the bed. We stayed two nights and reported it after our first night. Our room was cleaned, but the ants weren’t treated. We also had dirty towels and leftover used wash cloths in the shower. We usually really like Holiday Inn we were very disappointed.

They need to figure out the ventilation system. Loud units that have to stay on 24/7, and when you inquire why they can't be shut off they say because it's the only way to keep away the mold? Never heard of such a problem in a hotel room.

As for the PTAC continuously running, they are set that way by the manufacturer to assure better air quality in all guest rooms while also helping regulate the temperature in the room. The customer service was awesome. Although I need the exercise, it would have been nice for the other elevators to have been working.
Also, the hospitality bags and coffee, tea in the rooms was a nice touch.

Hot water didn’t work the evening we arrived. They said it was because too many people were using the hot water at once. Next morning hot water didn’t work again. We were unable to take showers during our stay. We arrived at 9pm and were leaving the next day at 10am. We only needed 2 things. Warm showers and a good nights sleep. This Holiday Inn didn’t meet our expectations.

We had two rooms. Room was clean and well supplied.
We did not care for the breakfast. The hot food was not hot and we did not want to make pancakes. We would have liked the puffy waffles instead. We did like that the breakfast was open until 10 AM. It allowed for us to sleep a little later.

Ac was very noisy with high speed fan only and either very hot or very cold .. we asked reception to send someone to fix or close .. and they said they don’t have anyone and they are busy … we tried to turn it off and controller was not working…
It was a nightmare… not recommended
