"The employees (both at check in and check out) were friendly and helpful. The waffles were yummy! Fresh fruit would have been terrific, and the coffee/ hot chocolate machine broke while we were trying to use it, but the amazing front desk agent was very attentive and worked to get it back in working condition. The room was very clean, and we enjoyed using the complimentary toiletries provided. We could've used a second trash can and a plug on both sides of each bed, but everything else, the clean restroom, beds, and main room were wonderful. Its location was a convenient, cost effective alternative to staying at Solitude Mountain Resort."

Excellent service and we loved the warm cookie given to us upon check in. Room clean, excellent amenities from Crabtree and Evelyn. Staff at check in friendly and fast. Perfection doubletree! "
