This 5-bedroom, 2 full bath “Cape” has a large, professionally landscaped, fully fenced-in backyard with an outdoor shower and is walking distance (just under a mile) from the Belmont Beach. This is the perfect place for you and your family to enjoy some time away and make memories!

Cape Cod charm, the house comes fully equipped. The kitchen is full of pots 'n pans, plates, bowls, serving platters - you name it, it's here down to the lobster crackers. All brand-new kitchen appliances, new washer and dryer, new kitchen floor, kitchen sink and counters. The house was just re-shingled and has all new trim and windows.

The backyard has a granite patio complete with a comfy sitting area for alfresco coffee and breakfast or afternoon cocktails and a built-in fire-pit. For your BBQ activities there is a new Weber grill and an 8-person patio table for outside dining. There is a large (fenced-in) lawn for running, playing (we have bocce and corn hole) or sunbathing.

For those wanting to stay connected, there is Wi-Fi and a 42” flat screen smart TV. Sink into the extra deep Pottery Barn couch and enjoy a late afternoon nap after a long day at the beach.

Bath towels, linens, pillows and comforters are provided - bring your own beach towels.

Sun and sand not your thing? The Cape House is fully winterized so come anytime during the fall or winter months for some R&R. Mild weather, no traffic, no waits and better prices. The Cape is beautiful this time of year.

There are dozens of local favorites within a walk, bike-ride or short drive! Beaches, Restaurants, Bars, Ice Cream, Golf, Ferry to the Islands, Mini-Golf, Kayak Rentals, Shopping, Go-Carts, Trampolines and more!

Walk to the Belmont Beach at the end of the road (just under a mile) or take a 5-minute drive to Pleasant St Beach. Get an ice cream cone at Sundae School or a pastry at Buckie’s Biscotti. Bring your clubs and get a round in at Cranberry Valley Golf Course, one of the best public courses on the Cape.
