West Harbor Beach Tours and Activities

The hotel lobby and restaurants are nice, but the hotel itself is kind of old and dingy. The room they put me in was very dark, facing the interior of the building, and even with all of the lights on, it was just super dark in there, which is pretty depressing. The look of the hallways is also just dark, claustrophobic, and old. I've visited the restaurants on this property before, and would have expected the rooms and facilities to be much more updated than they are.

Great spot. Location to subways and most things in the city is very walkable, staff were friendly, and hotel cleanliness was great. Had one of the balcony rooms with a sweet view of world trade. Made our stay great.

Clean hotel, cleaned everyday. The location was ideal, close to everything. Staff were exceptional. Only negative is waiting for my deposit to be returned (upto 14 days)
