"4 families came from CA for a graduation celebration. Enough room and beds for all 10 of us. Easy access to lake. Backyard is huge, had fun playing badminton and volleyball. Also lit a fire at the fire pit one night. Managers were very responsive to our questions and requests There is a projector and we were able to watch movies at night. Pretty cool. Had a great stay."

"the home was clean and as promised. The owner, Mark, was easy to work with, the pool and back yard were beautiful! I would definitely stay here again. Mark was available for all of our questions when we arrived. the location was amazing. the home is bright and airy, all beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were clean and updated. "This place was nice and roomy for our family of 8 plus 3 littles kiddos. Pretty clean as well. I gave listing accuracy a 5 because it is accurate but that may be because it doesn't tell you much. We were a little short on towels, many light bulbs were burnt out or just missing. We replaced some (they were there) and moved others to balance out the light. No kitchen linens, short on bath towels, short on paper towels and definitely not enough TP. 3 partial rolls and 1 bathroom had none so we had...

"You have the opportunity to attend a graduation party at the Hamptons, where everyone had to find their own accommodations. The location is essentially located to town to the water and beautiful scenic paths. The host insured that the home was exceptionally clean and amenities provided. "The house was great. Super comfortable and the backyard is wonderful with a gas fireplace, a fire pit, a hot tub, a pool, and an outdoor grill setup. There were 7 of us any it was very comfortable. Dave was great and very prompt and helpful if we needed anything. Would definitely come back."

"Great location. Pristine beach with hardly anyone else on the beach (mid May). No shampoo or conditioner in bathrooms as reported. The house needs a bit of TLC. Could be a bit cleaner. There was sand on the floor in the master bedroom upon our arrival. It seemed like there was white dog hair on the bedspread. I dont have a dog. The dishwasher seemed like it was working but was not getting the dishes clean. I think it is time for a new dishwasher."

"It was a cute cottage, nicely decorated. We were very comfortable. Each bedroom had a private bathroom which was very nice. It was close to downtown Southampton so that was great. The owner checked in and was very helpful. "

"My family and I had wonderful stay at the "Cool House." The host were great and responded in a timely manner. We were down in L.I. for my sons baseball tournament and it was perfect located 20 minutes away from Lasorda Legacy park. It was great to wake up in the morning and see the bay from the deck. House was clean and had all the amenities."

"We were so very happy with this lovely home that we rented for a week. This lovely home was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was large and fully equipped. The two bedrooms on the first floor with a bathroom and two bedrooms on the second floor with a bathroom made it very convenient. Our family loved the screened-in patio, the large fenced yard with lights along the stoned path to a fire pit. This home is in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood close to the beach."

"We had a last minute corporate retreat at this lovely Hamptons Home. In time to see the beautiful fall foliage starting, there is a nice partial view of the lake from the master bedroom balcony. Our large group was easily accommodated by the spacious rooms where each person had their own comfortable bed. The large living room with 4 couches made it easy to have our meetings in this open space. A few of us went to the beach, wine tasting and pumpkin picking all within a few minutes of the house...
