Bedsheets were ripped and had holes. Breakfast staff was on phone while at tables. Had to go to the kitchen to ask for silverware. buffet plates were dirty and chipped, glasses cracked. There was no internet! And when we asked if the staff would clean the room after the first day of our 2 day stay, they said that they are a “time share” and do not provide cleaning services. At least the rooms were spacious and clean at The time of check in.
