With three well-appointed bedrooms, two modern bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and combination microwave, your stay promises ease and comfort. The bright living room features a TV and opens onto a generous garden terrace—ideal for alfresco meals or relaxing with a book. Central heating keeps things warm year-round, while the shared indoor pool (reopening February 17) offers fun for all ages.

Pets are welcome, and there’s plenty for them to explore! Enjoy morning walks along the serene dike trails, splashy play at nearby pet-friendly swimming spots like Eilandspolder, or explore the nearby Graft-De Rijp village together. Leider waren die Bilder um einiges schöner dargestellt, wie es tatsächlich war. Das Haus war komplett verdreckt, Wasser lief kaum ab, die Duschvorrichtung hielt nur noch am „seidenen Faden“, das Geschirr und Besteck hatte noch Essensreste vom Vormieter, die Betten waren komplett verdreckt und es gab „niedliche“ Haustiere, namens Silberfische. An der Rezeption wurde das zwar aufgenommen, aber getan hat sich nichts. Die Freundlichkeit des Landes, welche absolut super war, war leider an der Rezeption nicht angekommen/ zu spüren. Alles in Allem, leider nicht zu empfehlen, auch wenn die Lage super ist. Für das gezahlte Geld, definitiv überteuert, was das Haus angeht. Schade! Das Land ist super, die Unterkunft jedoch war es nicht und die Betreuung der Gäste in dem Resort leider auch unterirdisch.

Das Haus musste wohl schon länger nicht mehr sauber gemacht worden sein, da sich an den Möbeln Spinnweben befanden und selbst die Gläser dreckig waren. Die Mikrowelle war eher schon sehr dreckig das man sich nicht getraut hat darin zu kochen. Schade das sich kein Ofen dort befand.Bei mehreren Personen sollte man sich absprechen wer wann duschen will , damit man genügend Wasser hat.Die Waschmaschine in der Dusche ist eine Gute Idee, wenn man sie mehr geschützt hätte, so muss man Angst haben das sie beim Schleudern durch den Rost auseinander bricht.Das dass Haus am Wasser liegt ist sehr schön.Auch die Mücken hielten sich in Grenzen.Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist sehr schön sowie die Möbel an sich.

We hebben veel problemen gehad met de toiletten. Dat was heel irritant / vervelend. We konden niet doortrekken. Er is 2 keer iemand geweest, probleem was even opgelost maar kwam weer terug. Gedurende het hele verblijf was dit erg vervelend. Ook de afvoer in de badkamer van beneden lieo niet goed door.

Er fand nicht statt - kurz vorher (nach erfolgter Buchungsbestätigung) wurde die Buchung stoniert, ohne einen Hrund zu nennen. Offensichtlich wurde FeWo-direkt auch nicht informiert - Rückfragen wurden nicht beantwortet!

Haus nicht wie beschrieben, Sauberkeit schlecht

Das Objekt war nicht, wie beschrieben, mit 2 Bädern ausgestattet, sondern nur mit einem. Nach einer Woche mit mehrmals täglichen Telefonaten/ emails wurde von fewo eine Teilerstattung bewilligt. Auf eine Antwort vom Anbieter direkt wegen der Qualitätsmängel warte ich noch. Das Personal vor Ort

Gran lugar. Mal gestionado.

Llegamos de noche y tardamos una hora en encontrar la casa. La recepcion estaba cerrada y aquello es un laberinto mal ondicado. La casa espaciosa y bonita. Colchones de espuma muy malos. Limpieza mala. Encontramos restos de cristales al lado del sofa. . Sin instructores de donde tirar la basura. La dejamos en bolsas y cajas en el centro de la cocina y tuvieron la cara de multarnos por no tirarla 150 euros. No volveriamos

Einmal kann man machen

Es gibt zu viele Spinnweben im Haus und auch jede Menge Mücken! Sind leider keine Fliegengitter angebracht was in den Niederlanden auf jeden Fall ein Muss sein sollte bei dem vielen Wasser drum herum. Der Garten um das Haus war leider auch nicht gepflegt. Unkraut, hohes Gras, Spinnweben etc.

Für eine Vier-köpfige Familie ist das Haus zu empfehlen.

Bei Ankunft war die Unterkunft noch nicht bezugsfertig. Um 18:30 Uhr konntet wir endlich in das Haus. Hierfür wurde uns eine Erstattung zugesagt und sind mit der Lösung sehr zufrieden. Zwei Tage hatten wir kein WLAN. Dies wurde dann durch einen Techniker behoben. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich und durchgelegen. In einem der oberen Zimmer hing die Steckdose aus der Wand. Trotz allem haben wir einen schönen Urlaub in dem Ferienpark verbracht und würden ihn auch weiterempfehlen.

Außen "Hui", innen "Pfui", wie man in Deutsch sagt

Von Außen eine sehr schöne Anlage, aber innen darf man nicht schauen. Bei Ankunft waren die Zimmer nicht gewischt und sauber, Schimmel in Küche am Spülbecken, Bad roch sehr oft muffig, keine Insektennetze am Fenster, so dass man nicht öffnen konnte ohne in der Nacht von den Schnacken aufgefressen zu werden, Möbel abgenutzt (entsprecchen nicht mehr der Beschreibung, sowohl im Haus als auch auf Terrasse. Grill verdreckt gewesen, Kleiderschrank gab es für 6 Personen, nur einen einzigen großen im unteren Geschoß. In den oberen Geschossen, die für 4 Personen gedacht sind, gab es jeweils nur ein Schrank (ohne Ablagefächer). Man muss die Kleider stapeln, aber bitte vorher auch hier das Putzen nicht vergessen. Am Schwimmbecken kein Schatten (Bäume müssen noch wachsen), Brötchen im Minimarkt nur auf Vorbestellung erhältlich. Wenig Auswahl im Minimarkt für die nötigsten Dinge. Betten nicht bezogen bei Ankunft (ich habe keine Jugendherberge gebucht) und auch Handtücher (in NL als Badehandtücher betitelt) nur auf Vorbestellung erhältlich gegen Gebühr. Parkschranke schließt um 23.00 Uhr, danach muss das Auto draußen bleiben. Das steht im Kleingedruckten in den Unterlagen, die man bei Ankunft erhält. Türen gehen zu öffnen, indem man die Klinke nach oben drückt. Steht auch im Kleingedruckten. Der Park ist so schön, leider aber nur äußerlich. Sehr schade! Ansonsten ist die Umgebung ein Traum, es gibt viel zu entdecken und man kann sehr viel machen. Viel Spaß beim Erkunden.

Nicht empfehlenswert.

Die Sauberkeit der Ferienwohnung war unterirdisch. Die Ausstattung ebenfalls. Absolute Highlights dahingehend waren, dass das Baby beim Krabbeln direkt Ersatzteile von E-Zigaretten gefunden hat (wenn man auch nur annähernd vernünftig geputzt hätte, hätte man diese gefunden) und dass es keinen Waschbeckenstöpsel gab. Beim Check in wurde 1 Satz gesagt: Hello, here is your Key and here the House“. Auf den Babystuhl den wir vorab angemeldet und dort noch nachgefragt haben, haben wir bis zum Schluss vergeblich gewartet. Für den Preis eine absolute Enttäuschung. Wäre nicht mal die Hälfte wert. Sonst ist die Anlage hübsch, sauber und die Häuser sehen von außen (!) gut aus. Der Pool ist aber winzig für die Menge der Gäste und der Badestrand eher ein Tümpel. Wir werden definitiv nicht wieder kommen, auch wenn wir sonst eine tolle Zeit in Holland hatten. Da gibt es aber definitiv bessere Unterkünfte ohne Ekel und Ärger.

Holland ist wunderschön und vom Ferienhaus sind Amsterdam, die Nordsee und das Ijsselmeer je eine halbe Stunde entfernt. Der kleine Pool im Ferienpark ist nett und die Animation für Kinder war sehr nett! Das Haus an sich ist groß und geräumig und sauber genug. Für den Zweck unseres Urlaubs ausreichend.
