"Das Haus ist nicht so wie erwartet. Im Bad fehlt eine Heizung! Das Bad ist behindertengerecht eingerichtet, man stösst sich nur unentwegt an den hochgeklappten Haltebügeln an der Toilette. Wie die Heizung fehlt es z. B. auch am Handtuchwärmer. Die Bad-Türen zu den Schlafzimmern klappern lautstark bei jedem Tritt im gesamten Haus. Um Mitbewohner nachts nicht zu stören mussten wir die Türen blockieren und mit gefalteter Pappe stilllegen! Die Bedienungsanleitungen für die elektrischen Geräte fehlen...
