Nice hotel. Clean, good location, helpful staff. Got lucky with an unusually large room for our 3 night stay

I was sorely disappointed in the Millennium. I knew it was older and dated but I didn’t expect it to be falling apart. The drawers in the desk fell out to the ground if you attempt to open them. The drawers in the dresser won’t stay shut. There were dead bugs in the bathroom lights. The plug ins behind the bed were uncovered and looked like a fire waiting to happen. The plug ins in the bathroom would not hold the plug for the hair dryer, it just fell out. And worst of all, the thermostat was just for show. We kept it set on 66 for our entire stay and the temp in the room never dropped below 74. It was very uncomfortable. The bed was hard as a rock and despite it being a smoke free hotel, there was a constant lingering smell of cigarettes. The tub did not drain well so we stood in ankle deep water and it never got good and hot. We were sorely disappointed and will not be back.

Great place to stay - much larger than expected. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, good location. No complaints.

The size of the room was good, location was great. However, the cleanliness of the rooms were mid. I did also ask for extra blankets and towels and they were not provided after asking a few times.
