"Parking was easy and seemed secure. Property is pet friendly by posted signage. Bed was comfortable, this is an ok place to rest. It seems they may have to handle a lot of construction traffic, and that is tough to keep up with. Breakfast was better than anticipated."

"Our host Edward was in contact before we ever arrived at the property and wanted to ensure we received all of our check in instructions and asked if we needed anything else and said he’d be available if we needed anything during our stay. The house was a charming farmhouse that is fully remodeled in Culpeper. Everything was impeccable. The house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly imagine. I loved all of the antiques and decorations. It’s always nice coming back to your roots after being a Florida girl for so long. The house is a two story home with a full bath and bedroom on the bottom floor which is accommodating to anyone with disabilities. Just thought I’d put that out there. The other three bedrooms and full bathroom are upstairs. All bedrooms have King size beds which is a rare find! I noticed when booking many people had only had complaints over the driveway. The driveway does climb up and there is plenty of room when you pull up to maneuver your vehicle around to face the opposite direction to drive out and not have to back down easily as I was driving a large SUV. Can’t wait book my next stay at Edward’s Farmhouse soon. "
