"My third stay at the Tides, and won’t be my last. Spectacular. Location is excellent, close to beach, food, coffee, etc. You will want for nothing, as they have thought of everything. Outstanding spot! And the views…. Pics don’t do it justice!"

"Trip was amazing. This is a small resort that has incredible rooms, restaurants, and a private beach. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The manager, Andrea, was very helpful and always was ready to do whatever we needed to make our stay great. The main restaurant had amazing food and outstanding service. The beachfront restaurant was a little more casual but food and service was great as well. Eating breakfast on the beach was relaxing. Carlos at the bar was friendly and good with the drinks. The resort is remote and not in a busy area, while this is wonderfully relaxing it does mean that there is very little within walking distance. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, if you need to go to the store or to another restaurant you'll need a taxi. The hotel is always glad to help you book one and the cab drivers were all fun and happy to talk about the island. If you're looking for a relaxing trip to the beach, with beautiful views, amazing staff, away from crowds, and top tier food you won't go wrong with the Sugar Mill. "

"We loved staying at The Tides at Little Apple Bay! The view is spectacular...I could watch my boyfriend surf in the bay from the expansive deck. It's a short walk to Sebastians for fun nights and a short drive over Zion Hill to Soper's Hole. It was clean and had all the amenities that we needed and more! We used the gas grill alot. Michael the owner is very responsive as is Val who went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and pleasant. Val is an A in our book! He even worked on his birthday! We already plan to return to this same unit next year!! Can't wait!! Thanks Michael for your gracious hospitality in storing our surfboards until we come back next year...much appreciated! "

"Absolutely amazing stay at Beachstone House! Ivet and Gayle were fabulous!! Perfect location to everything we wanted to do. Coffee in the am on our own beach…came home after a day on the boat (from nearby marina or ferry) to an excellent dinner cooked by Ivet. Massages with the sound of the ocean waves. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Book it— you won’t regret it! Best place ever! "

"The Casa Caribe was a superb vacation residence, well-hosted and prepared for our visit. The covered patio was a delightful setting for meals taken in, while access to several restaurants in the area provided variety. The unit is right at sea-level but does not have direct access to the shoreline or beach. A rental car provided opportunities to visit beaches in the area, particularly the great one in Cane Garden Bay. The unit itself is in great condition and very comfortable. I recommend it, while noting that there are steps going down from the road and back up, in case that might be an issue."
