New! Family Townhome with Hot Tub, Shuttle service

  • Newly Listed 3-bdrm, 3-bath Townhouse with Hot Tub + sauna. Minutes from Mt Snow. Free shuttle service to the mountain from the front of the unit. whether you are a Skier, Hiker or in need of relaxation by the Pool, this townhome will fit your needs. Heated pool open from May-Oct

    Free Shuttle service from the front of the townhome to Mt Snow, the Town of Wilmington and throughout RT-100 for access to restaurants and bars.

    * - Primary renter must be 30 and over

    *- Pets will be considered( Type, size, etc) for a fee of $75/ up to 3 night stay. $150 for anything over 4 nights. Please inquire about your pet before booking.

    *- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id

    *- A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.
    * - Guest must be 30 and over.
    *- Pets will be considered( Type, size, etc) for a fee of $75/ up to 3 night stay. $150 for anything over 4 nights. Please inquire about your pet before booking.)
    *- Once Booking is confirmed a rental agreement will be required to be signed with a photo id
