Cape Escape at Scent of the Sea!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this home! The perfect location! The openness of the main floor made it the perfect spot for family dinners and games! We loved the pool table and spent some fun nights having family tournaments! The beds were comfortable and we all slept so well! Can’t wait to return!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th year at this location and it was the best year so far! The weather finally cooperated! The view is stunning and the location is perfect; close to the beach and restaurants, yet is in a really a lovely neighborhood. The house itself is very clean and has plenty of room to watch TV, listen to music, dine and spend time with one another. There is also an outside patio and a 2nd floor deck where you can sit quietly with a book or just enjoy the weather and view. Each year there are upgrades and/or general improvement to the home, which are greatly appreciated. MMVR is a pleasure to work with. They are always available and helpful throughout the entire rental process. I highly recommend both this property and MMVR.
