"We had a great stay in the penthouse flat. Great central location and lovely flat. Parking voucher worked but usual problem of finding a space. Only negative is the initial impression when entering the stair well it was must and the carpet was not clean. Which is the totola opposite to the flat which was very clean and well presented."

"A lovely hotel in a fantastic location in Whitby, with beautiful views over the sea and harbour. From the moment I arrived, Zed and his team were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making me feel right at home. The breakfast was excellent — the area was perfectly stocked with plenty of choice, and the cooked food was prepared beautifully and presented wonderfully on the plate. Everything felt thoughtful and high quality. It’s easy to see why this hotel has won awards. The service, food, and location all come together to create a genuinely five-star experience.
