GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have full private access to the entire home, including the backyard, garage, and fire pit. Only the storage closet/room is locked.
Check-in is simple and convenient with a smart lock keypad, allowing self check-in anytime after your scheduled arrival.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- The guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others).

- Minimum booking age is 25 and must show proof of a valid ID if asked

- We have an additional Guest Agreement separate from the booking platform. By booking this home, you agree to this process. The Guest Agreement is a legal document from our law firm that details the rules and policies for staying here.

- After you book, you’ll receive a message with a link to the Renter’s Agreement. Please read it carefully and sign it to complete your booking. Signing this agreement is required for your stay in this home.

- By completing the booking, you give permission to the host to use a third-party to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm the reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please be sure to check your spam inbox for this email and contact the host if you have any questions.

- Unexpected things can happen, so WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting travel insurance in case you need to cancel your booking.
