"This was my first time staying at this hotel. On the first day, the bathtub was clogged, but the staff acted quickly and switched us to a different room right away. Other than that, everything was great. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always checking in to see if we needed anything. "No need to leave the property, great food at all the dining options. Having your own chairs and umbrella reserved all day is a major plus! If you prefer pool time, there are numerous pools to accommodate and keep from over crowding. Very relaxing getaway!"
