"This was a beautiful apartment. It was on the third floor of an apartment complex, which gave us many opportunities to get our exercise in for the day. It had a nice balcony to relax and take in the nice weather. The apartment was very roomy and had a washer and dryer. Francine was always available to reply to any questions or problems. "Pros: Unit was spacious and clean. 60” TVs and streaming capabilities. Cons: Most uncomfortable couch ever. Mattress is worn out, has a huge divot on one side. Train tracks are about 3-400 yds away, and trains come through every hour or less and they’re standing on the horn. Tenant upstairs sounds like Sasquatch, stomping and dragging/dropping stuff on the floor until 2200 then hammering on something until 2230 and again at 0630. TV on blast. If you value a good night’s sleep, find another place. "

"We were NOt able to contact the host was traveling.While we had no place to stay they had over booked. I was not even informed that someone was living there and had paid through January 26. We were putting in the code and it was not working.My thoughts went to what if someone would have had a gun it could have ended badly."

"Property manager would not return our text. The property was double booked and we were never notified. I had to call Vrbo management directly. Vrbo was very helpful and I appreciated their response. It was very upsetting to arrive at property and finding outit had beendouble booked. When we arrived at the location, there was already occupied with someone who had booked the same property we had booked. "
