The room was clean. I am usually not a fan of carpet in a hotel room because they are rarely clean. This room had probably the cleanest carpet I have seen in a hotel in a few years. Hotel was quiet which was nice. Breakfast was not anything fancy but there was a decent selection of items. The pre-check in email and text was very nice. When I arrived at the hotel all I had to do was grab my room key.

The room was very clean. The only problem I had was with the TV remote control not working well to not working at all. The Desk attendant gave me a replacement in the morning and that one worked as it should. The breakfast selection was adequate.

Location is very convenient when we're visiting family in West Bend. Always clean, quiet. Although I think they "gave" our room to another guest who arrived before we did, they had a room available for us, just not as close to the front as we had requested. It just made it noisier for other guests when we carried our luggage to the room rather late. No problem!
