Excellent holiday flat in Oberbayern

Wir waren bei der Anreise angenehm überrascht. Frau Kipper-Nielbock hat uns so herzlich empfangen, als wären wir nicht das erste mal hier. Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig, gepflegt und absolut sauber. Die Vermieterin hat sie mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch der Vorgarten im Eingangsbereich ist ebenso gepflegt. Wer Ruhe und Entspanung mit netten Vermietern sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Schöne große Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir sind von Familie Kipper-Nielbock herzlich empfangen worden, so dass man sich vom ersten Augenblick wohl gefühlt hat. Die Ferienwohnung ist für zwei Personen ein Traum. Man fühlt sich gleich wohl, fast schon wie zu Hause. Die Ruhe und Stille haben wir auf dem Balkon sehr genossen. Wir können uns auf jeden Fall vorstellen mal wieder bei Familie Kipper-Nielbock Urlaub zu machen.

Schöne Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Grosse Wohung mit einem nach Osten ausgerichteten Balkon, auf dem man sehr schön frühstücken konnte. Das Schlafzimmer ist gross und bietet viele Schränke, eine weichere Ersatzmatraze war auch vorhanden, die wir auch genutzt haben. Die Küche bot alles, was man erwartet - Spülmaschine ausgenommen, aber das war bekannt. Einzig die Couch im Wohnzimmer war recht hart und nicht sehr bequem. Der Einstieg in die Dusche war recht hoch, was für uns kein Problem darstellte, aber zumindest erwähnt werden sollte. Das Vermieterpaar, das im gleichen Haus unten wohnt, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns immer gerne mit Ausflugszielen versorgt.

Gemütliche Auszeit

Wir haben unseren Kurzurlaub sehr genossen. Ruhig gelegen, und doch konnten einige Sehenswürdigkeiten mit dem Auto schnell erreicht werden. Die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich, und die Unterkunft ließ an nichts fehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Bilder der Wohnung entsprechen exakt der Realität; was man nicht sieht, ist die hervorragende Ausstattung der Küche: es fehlt an nichts, mehrere sehr gute Messer, Küchenwaage, Messbecher - bei Bedarf kochen oder backen wie zu Hause. Ein Dank nochmal an die sehr netten Vermieter!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und erholsam. Die Wohnung war wie auf den Bildern abgebildet: sehr gemütlich und sauber.
