"With no advance warning, we were told our rooms had water damage, so we were moved to another hotel SoltauerHof which was cold, pretty empty and our rooms had work n and scaffolding outside General disrepair and facilities closed Few staff No offer of discount"

"This has been a "Go to" property for us. It is great value for the money. It is getting a bit "Tired". The staff is always great. Restaurant and shopping are near by. You can easily walk to the train station and ride into Hamburg on the Metronom train."
