"The Hotel is nice and the rooms are clean.
The only problem is the breakfast in the morning. Tables will not be cleaned when guests are finished and difficult to find someone from the staff when you have a question or to need something. The breakfast basic.
The food in the restaurant was ok.

"I booked this location specifically because it listed it has an EV Charging station (2, actually).
I messaged them days before I arrived to ask how the process of using it works but I got no response. Upon arrival it wasn't possible to start a charge. I called the property phone number for help but wasn't provided with any help from the person who answered, they advised I'd be called back. No call came.
I had a 360km drive the day after and planned to leave with a 100% full battery, sadly...
