Fantastic hotel in the heart of Munich. Super close to everything you want to be close to. Hotel staff pleasant and caring. Everyone speaks great English! Stephanie at the reception made our arrival super warm and welcoming. No question was a bother to anyone on their team throughout the stay. Breakfast was excellent!! They did not automatically clean the room but by request (just put “clean my room” sign on the door). Hope to be back one day and will recommend this place to all friends who are going to Munich.

The shower door is see through so if you are ataying with friends or children, it makes it hard. The breakfast was just ok. The room was clean. I was disappointed that the air conditioner was turned off. We stayed toward the end of April and I picked this hotel becauae it said it had air conditioning. ...
