Disappointing
Blinds in bathroom were broken, so no privacy from two neighbours. Dishes and cutlery dirty. Bandaids and tisdues under lounge. Beds clean and comfortable. Pool clean and pleasant.

Most amazing place
What you see on the outside is so far from what the inside is like. It’s clean large and lots of space. The pool was an added bonus. We will definitely be back. The games room in the garage was pretty cool too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Please thank the owners for sharing their house with us. You get a 10 out of 10 from us.

Mould and bad smells and old stained furniture
When I arrived o was so mad ,, the home is so dirty and smelly ( smells like a dog home of wet dogs) we had to vacuum and spray the home ,, not happy for the $$ we had to pay ,, the floors were filthy and walls filthy with marks and lots of mould and lawns were not freshly mowed , disgraceful The owners should be ashamed of themselves, the home hasn’t been painted in years and the furniture hasn’t been cleaned or renewed in years , we had to put a sheet over the couch as it was so smelly and stained

We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay at Seaward. The property is true to the photos on the listing, an older style beachside home. The lawns are mown on a schedule & may not necessarily be mown just prior to your arrival.
