Angenehme Tage in einem schönen Ferienhaus

Bereits zum zweiten Mal haben wir die Weihnachtstage im Ferienhaus der Familie Baum verbracht. Ein modernes Haus in toller Hanglage mit direktem Zugang zu Feldern und Wald. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Prachtige vakantiewoning

Nette woning , modern interieur en heel comfortabel voor de hondjes alsook de centrale ligging voor uitstappen. Het enige minpuntje is de onverharde weg naar huisje maar daar kunnen de eigennaars niks aan doen zij waren heel vriendelijk.

Kurztrip über Ostern

Es hat alles super geklappt vom Check-in bis zum Check-out. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich hinter dem Haus der Vermieter in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in knapp 30 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Nähe des Ferienhauses befindet sich aber auch eine Bushaltestelle. Bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt ist Wernigerode würde ich das Ferienhaus wieder buchen.

Modernes Ferienhaus bei freundlichen Gastgebern

Wir waren als 4 Erwachsene für ein verlängertes Wochenende bei Familie Baum zu Gast. Beim persönlichen Check gab es neben dem Schlüssel noch zahlreiche Informationen zu Aktivitäten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Co. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber und modern ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer mit wirklich guten Betten. Der Wohnbereich hat viel Platz mit einem Sofa (ausziehbar) sowie einem Tisch für bis zu 6 Personen und beinhaltet noch eine voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bushaltestelle uÄ ist fußläufig erreichbar. Kurz: Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende und haben nichts vermisst :)

Perfekt

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, ein bisschen entfernt vom Zentrum von Wernigerode, das man aber durchaus noch zu Fuß erreichen kann (ca. 20 Minuten Weg). Es ist perfekt eingerichtet: von der Küchenausstattung bis zur Einrichtung der Terrasse für vier Personen ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Für unseren Hund war der große Rasen perfekt zum Toben, auch er hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war unkompliziert, das Ehepaar Baum ist sehr freundlich. Kurz gesagt: wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöner Urlaub in toller Umgebung

Schönes Ferienhaus mit idyllischem Garten. Das Haus, welches direkt unterhalb des Vermieter-Hauses liegt, hat eine gute Ausstattung. Ein Pool ist im Bau, war aber zum Zeitpunkt unserer Reise noch nicht fertig gestellt. Netter Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
