"This is a lovely studio apartment and I recommend it to others. It’s in an ideal location to visit the Harz mountains. The room is well equipped and in a very quiet location but walking distance into town. The owners were there to greet us on arrival. They are a lovely friendly couple."

"Prima locatie, ruime woning met ruime keuken, kamer, slaapkamer en badkamer. Inrichting compleet. Inrichting van de woning is enigzins oubollig maar volledig en netjes afgewerkt. Volop wandel mogelijkheden en leuke plaatsen in de omgeving. In het dorp (70 inwoners) zijn geen winkels en bakker. Dichtbij zijnde winkel op ca. 9 km afstand (grote Norma winkel)."

"Alles super, nette Vermieterin mit lieben Hund (beide sehr kinderfreundlich). Bushaltestelle und Einkaufsmöglichkeit vor der Tür. Ein Wildtierpark mit Spielmöglichkeiten gleich um die Ecke. Mit dem Bus erreicht man die Innenstadt in ein paar Minuten, Anbindungen sind sehr gut."

"Mag in den 70er / 80er Jahren des letzten Jahrtausends, bei wildem Schneetreiben, seinen Scharm gehabt haben. Heute ist es runtergekommen, dreckig und einfach nur unatraktiv. Aufhängung der Dusche funktionierte nicht mehr. In den Schränken unabgewaschenes Geschirr mit Essensresten. Der Kühlschrank roch erbärmlich. Auf dem Wohnzimmertisch lag noch die Pilzinfektionscreme wahrscheilich der Vormieter. Einfach nur ekelhaft und das Geld nicht wert."

"Wir wurden in der Wohnung sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung entsprach dem Onlineinserat. Sie war sehr sauber und verfügte über einige nette Details: die Fototapeten (Eingangstür!), den künstlichen Kamin. An der Ausstattung gab es kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Wenn man in der Wohnung ist, stört dann auch der monströse Betonbau nicht mehr."

"Die Wohnung roch bei Ankunft sehr nach nassem Hund. Auch nach einiger Zeit stoßlüften blieb der Geruch noch in der Wohnung. Was mir auch nicht in den Kopf geht ist, warum und für wen man eine Provision zahlen muss, dies ist der Rechnung nicht zu entnehmen. Die Reinigung der Wohnung mussten wir auch selbst durchführen. Dies steht als Unterpunkt mehr oder minder unübersichtlich in den AGB's geschrieben. Ansonsten ist man in der FeWo gut angebunden gewesen. Fußläufig waren Bus, Supermärkte und...

"Wir waren vom 30.12.2023 bis 02.01.2024 in der Wohnung De Luchs. Die Wohnung ist schick und gemütlich eingerichtet.Das Schwimmbad und die Sauna haben wir gern genutzt. Am Kiosk im Haus kann man Brötchen bestellen, es gibt sogar Gepäckwagen,mit denen man seine Koffer in die Wohnung transportieren kann. Sie Wohnung ist sehr ruhig,trotz des nahen Fahrstuhls. Das vorhandene Boxspringbett und die Kissen sind super bequem. Der elektrische Sessel im Wohnbereich ist leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen....

"Dejlig lejlighed i Schierke. Ligger ovenpå den skønne restaurant Montevino. Rigtig godt lydisoleret - ingen lyd fra hverken naboer eller restaurant. Heller ingen gener fra madlugt/mad-os. Ny og moderne indrettet, køkkenet er godt udstyret. Stor sovesofa i stuen. Der kan sagtens være 2 teenagere. Måske et lille gardin på hemsen ville være rart, så man sover lidt bedre deroppe 😁 Hotellet, området og den lille by er skøn ❤️"
