"The property is new and in terrific condition. It was easy to locate, just a 2-minute walk from the train platform. It's very clean and spacious and perfect for a couple. It has everything you need including a nice patio for relaxing and drinking coffee or eating a meal. The welcome binder has a lot of useful information for the area. "

"The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Loved the balcony which has great views, and it's right at the foot of a mountain with trails to a waterfall. It's about 10 minutes' walk from centre of town where you can get buses and trains to nearby towns - free transport with visitor card supplied by host. There is also an excellent Italian restaurant in the same building! Would recommend."

"Pros: Saubere, komfortable Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ausgestattet mit allem, was Sie brauchen. Es gibt ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl für das Kind. Es gibt nur wenige Parkplätze. Ein Auto in der Nähe des Hauses zu parken ist nicht immer möglich. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtzentrum. Sehr bequem. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft"

"The positives- the location was very nice. Close to the bus stop, easy walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and shopping. The property manager was easy to contact. The negatives- the house was so over decorated for Christmas, the towels were shabby and need to be replaced, the bed pillows were so lumpy. The property is nice, just needs to be updated."

"Pros: Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus. Nähe der Bus und Bahnanbindung, Balkon gut Nutzbar. Cons: Küchenutensilien teilweise schon gut abgenutzt. Kleine Frühstücks Teller gar nicht vorhanden. WLan ist man ständig rausgeschmissen worden keine gute Verbindung zum Router."

"We loved this apartment! Easy check in process, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Great location, and had crib set up for our 11 month old upon arrival. Beautiful view from balcony of Garmisch alps. Friendly and quick responses from host when we needed anything. We will be back!"
