"I stayed in one of the attic lofts. I am 5' 7'' and hit my head on ceiling a bunch of times. The bathroom is kind of a problem too. The steeps going up to the place not very safe either. The room was very clean and looked great."
"This property is newly renovated. Everything in the rooms was brand new. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is convenient right outside the room. They had no rooms (yet) that were handicap accessible and no breakfast, although several breakfast options are nearby. I will stay there again. "
"We stayed one night on our way through. The time was clean and the beds were really comfy. We stayed in room 126. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was hot and a typical hotel breakfast. The coffee was delicious. I would have given a five star rating but we had a little family of ants in our bathroom. Not the kind that would bite, just those little nuisance ones. Since we were on the ground floor there is probably not a lot one can do. We were just very careful not to leave any food out. We would definitely stay there again and do recommend this little motel. It was a great bargain. If you don’t like the breakfast offerings there is a McDonald's literally next to the parking lot. This was directly on Route 66."
"Quiet peaceful setting on a beautiful property. We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the road getting to and from the property we have a suv and anything smaller or lower to the ground would probably struggle but that is not in the owners control and didnt affect my rating."
"Very disappointed not having a microwave and a full size coffee pot, also coffee Keurig needed cleaned, No I available in cottage, plus no freezer on my apt size refrigerator but biggest disappointment was lack of plugs to plug in cell phones to charge for the evening, I like my phone by my bed when I’m out of town and had to plug it against the far wall and set phone in window to charge, Breakfast was Excellent, I feel like wine tasting should last longer for guest staying at their location, not enough time to do tram tours and enjoy yourself at the location you picked"
Newly remodeled home in Historic Hermann Wine Counrtry.
10/10 Excellent
"House was perfect for a bachelorette weekend, very well stocked kitchen, complete with coffee, tea, creamers, sweeteners, etc. The complimentary bottle of wine was an awesome touch as well. The only downside is very few outlets in the bedroom/sleeping areas and could use some more mirrors for a house full of women. Overall highly recommend."
"Recently stayed at the Bloom House for the weekend with some friends. Short walk to downtown! Check-in was easy, and not a lot you have to do for check-out. Parking was right behind the house and had several spaces. The back patio was nice! Plenty of towels and toilet paper were supplied for our group. Just a couple of downfalls: the people staying in the Bloom Suite came home at 3 am and were really loud. It is attached to the back of the house, which I didn't know about till we checked in. The living room & kitchen furniture were also not in great shape. Lots of tears & stains. The shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom was gross. The soap supplied in the bathrooms seemed old. There were no dishcloths, and the sponge there was very gross, making it hard to wash dishes that couldn't go in the dishwasher. It was a big house in a great location, but I don't think it was worth what we paid for 2 nights. Needs some updating. "
