Designed for cozy hangouts, outdoor adventures, and relaxing getaways, this charming single level ranch style home is the perfect retreat for couples, families, friends, and groups of up to 8 guests and up to 2 pets welcome!

Enjoy private access to the stream from the Baker’s River, a private outdoor deck, fire pit, fully stocked kitchen, propane grill, in space washer and dryer, and plenty of space to gather and unwind. Whether you’re looking to spend the day exploring New Hampshire or simply relax by the river, or hanging out with the fire at night, River Creek Retreat makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the outdoors.

The Space
This comfortable, single level ranch style home features a spacious, open concept layout that makes it easy for everyone to spend time together. There is just one step from the living room into the rest of the living space.

Sleeping Arrangements
Primary bedroom: Queen bed, full closet, child’s playpen, and private full bathroom.
Second bedroom: Queen bed and full closet.
Third bedroom: Two sets of twin size bunk beds, sleeping up to four guests and full closet.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

A Note About the Property
Please be aware that there is a steep drop-off behind the deck and around the back of the house. For safety reasons, guests should use their best judgment when booking with young children or pets. Running or playing in these areas could be dangerous, and children and pets should be supervised.

Pet-Friendly Home
We love welcoming four-legged guests! We take great care to thoroughly clean and prepare the home after every stay. However, because this is a pet friendly property, there is always a possibility that an occasional pet hair may be missed during cleaning.
If you have pet allergies, please keep this in mind when deciding whether River Creek Retreat is the right fit for your stay.

Guest access
One of the highlights of our space is having the Baker’s River right in your backyard.
Bring your water shoes, life jackets, swimming gear, and even your pets, and enjoy the peaceful river and creek area behind the property.

The river is accessed via a private walking trail. From the house, it’s approximately a 50 foot walk to the beginning of the trail, followed by another 2–3 minute walk down to the river.

The trail is part of the experience, so please plan accordingly and wear appropriate footwear, especially if the ground is wet.
