- This is typical of Sylt, and it’s truly a joy: living under a thatched roof. On the upper floor of the Passat house, with a great view of the Kampen Lighthouse, lies the two-room holiday apartment of the same name, measuring approximately 40 square metres. On the large property, fenced in with traditional Frisian earthen walls, your very own beach chair is already waiting for you. The beach is just over 500 metres away; nearby, a small, idyllic grove borders the dunes, and there are parking spaces and bike racks right by the house.
