The apartment is ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for a getaway right by the sea. Pets are not allowed.

**LIVING AND SLEEPING AREA**
The living and sleeping area is equipped with a practical fold-down bed (160x200 cm) that can be easily stowed away during the day to make the most of the space. A high-quality seating area and a TV ensure cozy evenings. The dining area seats two people, perfect for shared meals or a morning coffee. From the living area, you have direct access to the furnished west-facing balcony, where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea and the dunes.

**COMFORTABLE KITCHEN**
The enclosed, built-in kitchen offers all the amenities you need to prepare your meals. Here you’ll find everything required for a relaxing self-catering experience.

**BATHROOM**
The bathroom is modernly furnished and features a shower and a toilet—ideal for a refreshing shower after a day at the beach.
