"Had a 4 night stay. Went to take a shower after a long drive and the shower knob was missing and couldn’t be used. They came the next day and installed one but the temperature couldn’t be regulated with the replacement knob, so we had extremely hot water and just made due standing at one end to avoid the heat. Came back after dinner 2nd day and door lock wasn’t working. They tried new cards and batteries but lock was broken. Told there was nothing they could do and hotel was full, so they would refund me a night and I could go somewhere else. That wasn’t an option since the hotels were booked up and prices were very high everywhere and I had my teen and two dogs in tow. So we were stuck blocking the lock when we went out, and taking any valuables with us, so we could get the door open again. No compensation and made to feel like it was my own fault for not just going somewhere else!
The mattress was long overdue for being retired with a big bump in the middle and bottoming out on the wood platform when laying on either side of the mattress.
Overall it was a rough four night stay and was charged $150 a night during the two busy nights of the weekend with no offer for any kind of credit or discount due to all the issues. "
"We had an amazing stay! Breakfast was good, rooms were really clean and the staff was really friendly. We also had an amazing view out of our window. We will stay here again!"
"This is a beautiful home at a beautiful location. House was clean and well kept; kitchen well stocked; lots of room. It would be great for families as there are many beds and sleeping options. Being on the golf course was fun - watching golfers and seeing wildlife wander by early and late in the day (deer, turkeys, rabbits). The host is very responsive - responding quickly to questions I had after booking. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be in Lewiston. "
"The best part about this stay was the comfortable bed and the lower price point. The facility is outdated and worn. The pain in the bathroom was peeling or large pieces scuffed from wear and tear. The laminate flooring in the bathroom is buckling from too much water on the floor. The toilet didn't flush well. The side chair in the room was misshapen from wear. There was rust along the interior windows of the indoor pool and hot tub. The breakfast was not good. Waffles tasted off.... maybe old batter? Not sure. Fortunately, McDonalds is just around the corner at the end of the street. The staff was very accommodating, courtesy and helpful. The location is great. The room temperature was fully adjustable and the bed was great. If you need the bare minimum this would be an acceptable place to stay if your not picky about appearances."

"Everything that I had read and pictures that I saw were NOT included with the amenities. I booked a room online with a couch and got an even smaller room. My daughters and I wanted to go swimming and was told they no longer have an indoor pool just the one outdoor, ok not a problem until we went to go use the pool/ hot tub and it was disgustingly dirty. Then woke up to go downstairs and have our complementary breakfast and was told the restaurant serves breakfast until 11. I asked about the complementary breakfast that is stated online and she said they stopped doing that. So I basically paid $160 to sleep in a room use a dirty pool and hot tub and not get any of the amenities out of it. The only positive was the gal the checked up is was super friendly and had excellent customer service. Was definitely not worth the money I spent a night to stay there. "
