"When we arrived the front desk assistant said that the room we booked through Expedia wasn’t available. I told him the only reason we booked with them is due to the specific type of room. He said to take it up with Expedia. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the downstairs hallway leading to the elevator. The desk assistant advised us that the pool didn’t work due to water pipe issues. Surprisingly, the room we booked was actually clean."

"Very dirty place i know is an affordable place but the lack of hygiene was insane towels and bathrooms were full of Pubic hair and stains. I went to request for new towels they said the towel storage room is closed and that you get for what you paid for . Very disgusting attitude and place."
