"Remote place, without neighbors. But you directly have access to the slope. So in the morning after breakfast one can go directly skiing. The hut has everything needed in the kitchen, good equipped. Wooden stove works great and heat up the hut perfectly. We had no problems with electricity using the solar panels, but also we didn't used much. Warm water is a big plus. The surrounding area is great. We been with 4 kids (4-8 years). They all managed to get up to the hut from parking alone....

"Die Lage und das Haus sind sehr schön. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Am Anfang gab es einen penetranten Geruch im unteren Bereich der Hütte. Es hat sich zum Glück nach einem Tag etwas verflüchtigt. Wir haben nicht herausgefunden wo dieser Geruch herkam. Es wäre gut wenn man den Abfall näher entsorgen könnte, eventuell beim Camping? Für Leute die mit dem ÖV anreisen ist der Ort der Entsorgungsstelle nicht ideal."

"Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gut eingerichtet, schnell vom Dorf erreichbar und ruhig gelegen. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl in der schönen Wohnung. Es ist sehr positiv dass es einen Parkplatz in der Garage gibt. Die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig und es war nicht von Anfang an klar, wo der Schlüssel abgeholt werden kann, wenn man nach 15 Uhr in der Lenzerheide ankommt. Die Option mit dem Briefkasten müsste von Anfang an angeboten werden."

"Loved all the windows, and how clean & bright it is. Nice combination of knotty pine and modern appliances. Very quiet except that church bells ring all night and day - every hour and half hour. Walk out the building and you are on the nordic ski trail. Underground garage access is very nice.
