Fun stay!

My husband and I needed a place for one night near Wellsboro and found this place. Rough Cut Lodge was so nice. We stayed across the road from the main lodge area in a suite and loved it.Comfy king bed, kitchen area and sitting area were all great. Nice porch that you can watch for wildlife. So nice. I am glad I found this place and can't wait to come back!

Great Getaway

We stayed the night before the Rise and Run 50K at the Western Rim Northern Trailhead. It was the perfect space for my husband, me, and our two small dogs. The cabin was very clean, we had everything we needed, and the host was very attentive and communicative. We were close to Wellsboro which was such a cute town with lots of dinner options! We are thinking of bringing our kids back in the future for a little get away weekend. Highly recommend staying here if you're in the area!

This was a quick getaway for my wife and I. The place was beautiful and close for hiking . And we enjoyed it very much. Only misconception I feel was that we didn’t realize that our spot was across the street from the lodge that is showcased on the website. We were on the highway which was a bit loud at times otherwise excellent
