Hilton Garden Inn Portsmouth Downtown
Adjacent to town and water ! Easy walking to local restaurants and shops . Small area but nice lobby bar . Comfortable lobby . Downside was parking cost 45.00 a nite . So mext time a stay a bit outside of town and not pay parking .
