  • Enjoy a surprisingly private, quiet setting on Wells Beach. Just two attached Beach vacation homes and a guest suite situated on our private acre of beach dune by Jetty. Our private path through the dune grass leads right to beautiful, sandy Wells Beach. Wells Beach is a large, long ocean beach perfect for swimming, body surfing, surfing, boogie boarding, surfcasting, jogging, walking, birdwatching, and fishing off the jetty. Next door to your vacation home is also a calm harbor beach and the Well's Jetty, perfect for scenic strolls and fishing. Walk across the street to Wells harbor for boating, kayaking, fishing and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. Sunrises are outstanding right from the home. Enjoy fishing off the jetty or surf casting on the beach all steps from your front door. This no smoking, no pets beach house, is a perfect setting for families and couples .
