Coastal Condo #20 retains the character of an older beach cottage. The loft is accessed by an open staircase with stair treads and a handrail along the wall side only. There is no guardrail on the open side of the staircase. Guests should use caution when using the stairs. The home may not be suitable for young children, guests with mobility concerns, or anyone uncomfortable with open stairways.
