For an inexpensive stay over in Kennebunk area you can’t go wrong. Just a few short minutes from all the attractions. We road the Eastern Trail from Kennebunk to Bifford and then Saco to South Portland. The room was adequate and comfortable.

Favorite place to stay in Wells. Cabins are great with two dogs, and we can cook breakfast in the kitchen rather than wait in lines. Near restaurants, the beach and the grocery store.

The queen efficiency was a clean room, basically exactly what you pay for. The building that 17 was in is outdated but still clean and functioning. Location is great. Property was quiet and staff were attentive and helpful.

Family of 4. We enjoyed our stay and we were well taken care of when we needed something. The young gentleman that works there really invested in making sure all runs smoothly and helpful. Very calm and quiet place. Easy check in and out. Would recommend bringing your own pillows. Need your car to travel to beach or restaurants in main hot spots.

I imagine this place was beautiful back in the day. But now is really outdated. The room was very simple and clean. Nothing special, no decor on walls, very small tv in room. The cottages look very outdated and in need of some TLC. There is a pool on site which included very outdated seating and lawn furniture and overgrown grass and weeds. They are in need of a landscaper/handyman. It looks like mostly teenagers/young adults are running the place. There is an ice maker on site but no vending machines or other amenities. It was okay for our one night stay.

Room was clean, cottage very small. Looks are deceiving online. Only one air conditioner took along time to cool off the whole cottage. Pool was great, clean. Staff nice. I didn't like the tiny shower, everytime the whole bathroom gets wet. The screen was broken on screen in porch. Would not stay again.

Cute cottages. I didn’t even think to make sure they were heated. There was no heat. It was pretty cold at night. Beds were not too comfortable. Screened in porch could have been wiped down. Not many places are dog friendly in Maine so it was nice that they allowed dogs.

Loved our stay here

Cute little cabin with plenty of room. Nice kitchen and eating area. Close to so much to see, do and enjoy in the area. Peaceful at night, with a screened in porch to sit and enjoy when the weather is nice.
