Wake up to sunrises over the ocean and enjoy family fun on the deck as you watch the sun set. Well stocked kitchen with all the utensils allows for eating in and the central location of this home allows for quick access to all the great local restaurants. Wells is getting more and more popular each summer. The number of homes that offer this degree of beach access and ocean views is shrinking every year as owners convert rental homes to private homes.
