Girls Away trip

the place was very clean, staff was very polite and helpful .The couch wasn't all that comfortable to sit on but we just used some pillows. Right next door to Congdons donuts. We are hoping to go back again next Oct. Would highly recommend this place. Even has a pool and hot tub

Love Nautical Mile!

Not our first time to Wells but our first time staying at Nautical Mile. The staff were very friendly and informative! The condo was in great shape and very clean. Close to many shops, restaurants and even the beaches are close! My wife and I will definitely stay there again!

The unit we stayed in was very nice, with a separate room & living room. Our two small kids were able to have a little extra space compared to a single-room unit. The facility was advertised with a kid-sized pool, which is completely inaccurate. There is a standard pool and a hot tub. Children under 15 are prohibited from using the hot tub, which was a major bummer. We went to the pool at 9:15 one evening, and despite the pool hours being until 10:00, we were told the pool was closed and we had to leave. A great property for adults, not recommended for children.

An adequate place with an additional cleaning fee

We were 45 minutes early before 4 pm and told the room was not yet ready and to come back at 4 PM.4 PM check in and 10 am checkout -yet the room is not ready-most hotels are 3 pm and 11 am. Be aware this seemed like a less expensive room but they charge you a $110 cleaning fee which is excessive for a 2 day stay and they don't even service your room or give you fresh towels. No coffee provided but there is a kitchenette and a coffee maker-you just have to bring your own coffee filters and coffee. The outside of building was updated and the room had newer appliances but definitely an older tub and bathroom. Bed was comfortable. TV is sitting on the dresser and you can't see if from the other side of the bed-needs mounted on the wall. No instruction on how to use all the remotes for the TVs so it took us alot of trial and error to figure it out.
