We booked a "mountain view" family suite as advertised on Expedia, but the room had no mountain view and was not a family suite. I.e. false advertising. 2. "This guest house is fabulous and much more interesting than chain hotels. It maybe old but it is full of character and decorated with interesting art, everything works and all mod cons are available. The people were so friendly and helpful too, we had a great holiday."
