Quiet Wellfleet Getaway - Dog Friendly! Deck, Yard, Walk To Lt Island
We've been coming to Wellfleet every summer for quite some time now and purchased this home in June 2021. We've recently remodeled and refurnished the home for a cozy, modern, minimalist feel.
Walk over the famous Lt Island bridge to one of the uncrowded beaches. Updated kitchen and bath. One floor living. Large deck with dining, lounging, and bbq. Close to restaurants, bike path, and numerous beaches! Come listen to the birds and relax!
It's a small home, a modern 1967 ranch. There are three small bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an open living/dining area. The living area includes a sofa, lounge chairs, and a 55" TV. The dining table has seating for 6. Kitchen is fully stocked for home cooked meals.
The home is located in the woods and in close proximity to coastal wetlands. With this wonderful tranquility comes a fair share of wildlife and insects. We do our best to keep this under control but please note it is an old beach cottage.
