  • We’re thrilled to unveil our newest SMILE Mass vacation retreat in beautiful Wellfleet, MA! Located on Ocean View Drive with 360° panoramic ocean views, this home is your perfect sanctuary to relax, connect, and create cherished memories. The property was acquired by the non-profit SMILE Mass in November 2024 and will be undergoing renovations January - May to make it handicapped accessible!

    Here’s What Will Await You After Renovations:

    3 Bedrooms & 4 Bathrooms, including a universal-design bathroom with a roll-in shower.
    Accessibility at Its Best: Ramps, a Hoyer lift, adjustable beds, and adaptive equipment.
    Indoor & Outdoor Bliss: Vaulted ceilings, private nooks, a 500 sq. ft. deck, fire pit, outdoor shower, and a fenced backyard.
    Extras for Adventure: Bikes, beach chairs, and beach wheelchairs ready for use.

    Although this is a new property for SMILE Mass to be renting, we have been offering a handicapped accessible property since 2018.
