The front door only locked from the outside with a simple chain from the inside and a few things were broken, like the handle on the desk drawer, bottom towel rail in bathroom came off and was not secured properly and the shower head when removed from the holder fell apart from the hose. "We went down to Toowoomba for a family holiday and stayed at the highlander hotel the staff were lovely. They always had a smile always keen to help you if you needed it very friendly to talk too. The room was amazing very clean and tidy perfect size for a couple or a small family. The patio was private and out of view of the street which was nice. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here for a few nights "
