"We had a fantastic stay at Cassendra Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was perfectly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. A special mention to Dilrukshi, who truly made our stay feel like home. Her warm hospitality and genuine care made such a difference she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Thanks to the friendly service and peaceful atmosphere.I would definitely recommend Cassendra Hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and well-managed place to stay. "Atiloua on reception always had the most beautiful smile to greet everyone. Everyone was keen to help. The food and juices offered in the restaurant was very good. Interesting and delicious options on menu. No alcohol was sold on site and we went out for cocktails nearby."

"The property and staff were all amazing. The breakfast and dinner was good. Getting a ride via pick me can take some time as not all drivers want to come up the hill. Make sure you a lot enough time for travel. We were going to be late for our train because a PickMe driver canceled. But the hotel made some calls and arranged for a quick Tuk Tuk ride and we made it right in time. "
