balconies. We got to see mountains on our balcony. Rooms are quiet and balconies are private. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Lots of parking, and I felt extremely safe. Lots of toiletries, teas, coffee, and water. Easy check in and check out. Definitely would stay again!"

"Such a wonderful, relaxing property with top notch staff. Hiked to all the waterfalls on property, enjoyed the in-room tub, the included breakfasts were convenient and really tasty, and driving to local hikes and Kernville was super easy. Nice way to unplug, but still have great amenities. Loved it!"

"The property was conveniently located across a road to the lake with a good view of the lake. The road noise could be quite disturbing during the night. There was a

which was nice and the owner was very friendly and gave us some charcoal to use. The RV itself needed a good clean and some TLC and most of the lights did not working. There were stains on the chair covers that could have easily been taken off and washed. The TV would only work if you wanted to view a DVD. I would NOT recommend...

"It's close to the river. We've been camping at Camp 3 for over 20 years. This time, we wanted to sleep comfortably and be close to the river to enjoy it more. The second night, they helped us light the BBQ and make a campfire. The gentleman was very kind."
