It feels blessed to be surrounded by mother nature. This cozy and welcoming single-level condo home with abundant natural light is in Welches at the foothills of Mt. Hood. Open space with a wood-burning fireplace in the living room is perfect for cozy nights. Both bedrooms offer either a private or semi-private bath. Individualized heating zones to keep you comfortable.

It is situated right on the scenic Three Nines Golf Course, you'll have year-round outdoor recreation at your fingertips, from golfing and fishing to skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. A perfect location to relax after a round of golf, a day on the slopes, or a morning hike. It is twenty minutes to Government Camp and thirty-five minutes to Mt Hood Meadows ski resort. Minutes away from old-growth forest hikes and epic fishing. Indulge in some self-care at the Resort Spa - just a short walk from the condo. Schedule a massage, facial, or Mani/Pedi.

When the snow falls, this area turns into a stunning winter wonderland. Explore Hunchback Mountain just five miles south, or head up Mt. Hood for fantastic winter skiing at SkiBowl or Timberline Lodge 20 miles away.

Decent place to stay

The property is aged. The flooring looks new but the kitchens and bathrooms are due for updating. I did not receive instructions regarding entering the property until I called the property owner and VRBO. Once contact was made, I received instructions, and entering was easy. The beds were very, very firm. Not my preference but others might like that. It is in a great location in Welches and close to ski resorts. It met our needs for a two night stay.

Mt Hood Village Condo

A cool place to stay. Retro from the 1970’s but with updated furniture and comfortable beds. There was a movie being filmed at time of stay. Close to Mt Hood/10-15”. 45” to Portland. Had a great stay. The only thing that would have been nice is a peeler and larger bowls, wine opener, bottle opener, and better lighting. The lighting was only lamps, but like I said it was retro. We still enjoyed our stay a lot. The host was responsive which is important.

Wonderful location with great views of Mt Hood.

The condo is located just a short drive from Portland, Hood River, and the Willamette Valley. Situated on a the golf course in a small neighborhood on Mt Hood.
